My dermatologist commented on my dry skin, (like they all do) and recommended this product to me. i thought "yeah right.. Nothing ever works, but ok, i'll try it this time" Well, low and behold..This is the BEST lotion i have EVER used. i am 48, and i have used sooooo many in the past years. my skin is SO dry. It is ASHY, scaley, bummpy. Even my tatoo on my leg looks cracked due to my skin. But, ever since i started using Amlactin (Feb-2010) my skin looks normal, feels normal. No dry patches, no scales...i was telling my older son about the lotion, he said "let me see your tatoo, thats how i'll know if it is really working on you". After he saw my tatoo, he said "Oh My God. I never thought it would make that big of a difference". of course, i have to use it at least every other day or the dryness comes back.
